Sonic-Insert
Insert with helical knurl which enables it to provide a combination of high torque and pull out resistance.
Taper-Insert
Diagonal knurls and upwardly directed vanes provide superior assembly and high torque value.
Heat-Insert
Used in amorphous thermoplastics. Round knurls avoid stress-raising sharp crests and lower the risk of cracks in plastic.
Mini-Insert
Ideal for smaller plastic products which have a thin boss wall and limited space within the plastic.
Fin-Insert
Sharp fins and straight knurls make the insert suitable for press-in installation for most thermoplastic materials.
SP-Insert
The sharp knurl pattern is able to cut into hard brittle thermoset material with lower radial stresses.
Banc-Insert
Press-in expansion inserts for hard thermosetting plastics. The diamond knurl provides pull-out resistance.
Flo-Insert
Three helical knurls with blind end threaded insert provide a combination of high torque and pull out resistance.
Thread Forming Screws for Plastic
Thread forming screws are designed for the manufacturing assembly process. Their threads slice through the material, avoiding high stress levels while offering extra grip and resistance to pull out.
